Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiries — no tracking cookies, no advertising services. Here is exactly how it works.
Data controller
The data controller is the site’s publisher, identified in the legal notice. For any question about your data, write to us from the contact page or at the address given in the legal notice.
Data from the contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the dates you have in mind, the house concerned and your message. This information is used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest in handling a pre-contractual request.
Your message reaches us by email, through our own mail relay (Proton Mail Bridge); it is never sold, used for advertising, or passed to a third party for commercial purposes. We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it, then delete it.
No tracking cookies, no Google services
The site sets no non-essential cookies and loads no Google service (no Fonts, Maps, Analytics, reCAPTCHA or YouTube) — which is why no consent banner is needed. The map on the access page is a self-hosted OpenStreetMap image, with no request to any third party.
We measure traffic with a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami): the data is aggregated, does not identify you, and allows no cross-site tracking.
Hosting
The site and these statistics are hosted within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us (see above). You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
